This week has been a bit random to be honest, as I've spent half of it in Coventry and half of it here in Bristol! I came back for my interview at Primark, which was a right breeze, despite me getting a little tongue tied at times due to nerves *derp*...it must have gone well, because I got the job! I have my induction and till training on Tuesday/Wednesday, then have my first shift next Saturday :) I'm on a 14 hour contract (9.5 hours on a Saturday and 4.5 on a Sunday) at £6.23 a hour so I am most definitely a very happy bunny. I know some people hate working in retail but I love the buzz from a busy environment, and especially love the feeling of satisfaction when you complete a task under pressure! The only problem is, I'm working in womenswear, which means being around clothes I'll want to buy all day! (working in menswear at Debenhams was bad enough as the shoes and accessories department was next to mine, hahaha) My mom says they may as well just pay me in clothes because that's what my wages are going to go on #sheknowsmetoowell butttt I am going to try my best to save up, as my rent is a bit higher in my new house (which I move into next Sunday, eeek!) and I just generally would like a bit more money saved for a rainy day, cliché I know.
I came back to Bristol to find a lot of packages for me, including my awesome galaxy leggings, which are so much cooler than I expected. Been um-ing and ah-ing about galaxy print for ages now but decided to take the plunge and buy something off eBay, and I'm glad I did! Also, how stupidly epic is my My Little Pony tee from Primark? (promise I'm not endorsing my place of employment on purpose, aha!) It's so wrong it's right, and there's freaking lightening bolts, c'mon! Ok, I'm just a sucker for sparkle really.
Just to clear confusion, Za Za Bazaar is a buffet restaurant by the harbourside in Bristol - I forget it isn't a national chain and get the weirdest looks when I say I'm 'going to Za Zas'. I know I said I'm on a health kick, but my mom came down to see me yesterday, so we had a little pig out session. It's like Cosmo and Taybarns (if you have one of those nearby) but with a wider range of food, from English classics to sushi, tacos and curry and everything else between. You definitely make up for the price with the amount you eat!
Oh, and my hair is looking awesome after my 2 month straightening ban :) With the aid of Organix Coconut Milk Anti-Breakage Serum and John Frieda Miraculous Recovery Mask, it's no longer a horrible dry and broken mess, hooray! Its grown a fair bit and is just generally in a much healthier condition - I thoroughly recommend both of the products I use if you have badly heat damaged hair, especially the ends.
This week is gonna be a busy one, thanks to my work training, starting my job and moving house! Definitely a week of change, but I am looking forward to changing my life around a little bit :)

Ermm, I evidently enjoyed using exclamation marks in this post(!) Apologies :)
