They all left in the end. They could not handle me and I could not handle them. Our paths were diverging at the crossroads; I was on one side and they were on the other. We both agreed that it would be better if we parted. I was losing myself to something I did not fully understand and I no longer had the will to chase after them. They could no longer handle my melancholy moods and felt no hope for me. I thought it was mutual; I thought it was the right choice.
Then, why do I feel so abandoned?
