Honestly speaking, I have always wanted to have 6 packs or maybe just a nice toned stomach. I’m serious! Ever since I was in TIKL, cause most of the guys there have nice abs. I haven’t seen any before lah but just heard from people. So after SPM which was 2 years ago, I vowed to do something to achieve that goal. Well that kinda didn’t really workout. Haha!
Anyway, recently, I found this picture of Facebook called the 30-day Ab Challenge.
Each day, you do a number of sit-ups, crunches, leg raises and plank. The amount of each step increases each day. Workout for 3 days and give yourself a day off. It’s just a really simple routine. So …
