Abs?

This post is sort of like my part 2 of Abs.

I have to admit that I failed the challenge, sadly. I tried it for a few days (failing everyday).  Truth is, I haven’t done any physical exercise for the pass few months when I wanted to challenge myself. The only step I could carry out without fail in the challenge is sit up. I could barely do 2 leg raises. Gosh. I suck. Haha.

Anyway, since sit up was the only task I could fulfil, I decided to start my daily exercise with sit ups. I started with 45 sit ups in day 1, followed by 50 sit ups in day 2. I increased my sit ups gradually each day by 5. I do take off days at times. Hehe. Since now I’m returning into a beginner in exercise, I shall start with baby steps.
