I am truly lucky to provide you an inside look into the sophisticated, professional-quality art I received from Alphabet Photography. After the summer my family’s had, all I knew was I wanted to be surrounded by happiness forever more (in a utopian sense, of course). I must say it was fairly easy for my husband and I do decide upon which word we wanted framed: happiness. We did toy with other words (the process is so easy), including our last name, love, and family, but we really, really liked the look and feel of our ‘happiness’ frame.
Once we chose the word, we were able to choose from many ‘versions’ of the letters in the word. Simply clicking each letter brought up a selection of varied looks.
When we received the frame, it was beautifully boxed, carefully wrapped, and finished with a raffia bow. A perfect, polished, and very elegant gift. This gift, however, was for us. The frame is 3″ solid wood with a dark chocolate finish and accented with gold leaf, which, in itself, is wonderful. Have you been frame shopping lately? If not, let me tell you, quality’s long since left the building. Most frames are pressed wood (think particle board) and sloppily tacked together. A frame like that simply would not do for an item of this quality. The frame is matted with a museum-quality double mat with a V groove. More simply stated, it is professionally and impeccably matted and framed.

We have quite a unique mantel that has looked terribly bare since we moved in. We couldn’t figure out what to do with it, whether to hang things on it or around it, but found that this frame, with its weight and striking silhouette, fit excellently right here, in our family room. Our long-term plan is to mount it directly over our bed (the frame arrived with all hanging hardware, including wire, attached), but there’s still much work to be done.
