It doesn’t happen every day, and for some it never happens,
but for those spirits who pause to find a moment of peace that often leads to a change of heart about something, for the better.
And often it’s a very tiny thing or thought or act, that once done, it does the heart good!
Today, it did my heart good, to receive a note of thanks and gratitude from a dear friend, saying
“Thanks for starting your beautiful blog. It inspires me in many ways.”
When you give love, hope, inspiration, you always receive back the same.
I was happy to receive this note of thanks because it made my heart smile and it’s still smiling 
Showing and sharing gratitude takes little time & energy, but it transforms the most mundane days into the sunniest of days!
