Here I am, sitting in Central California thinking I’m twisted for enjoying feeling all beat up and sore from workouts and I come to find that you all LOVE feeling sore too! You guys are the best and I should never doubt you. I’m not weird!!!
An EPIC Salad!!!
I was thinking that this salad from the Salad Shoppe was going to be trash kicking good… but it turned out to be just alright. I added some green bell pepper that turned out to be a little under ripe and I think it needed some ranch or blue cheese dressing. The Italian just didn’t compliment my flavors, yo! 
The Salad Shoppe is an awesome-gigantic salad bar. That’s all it is. Just a HUGE salad bar! I had romaine lettuce with green bell pepper, red onion, banana peppers, olives, hard boiled egg, jicama, button mushroom, ham, red cabbage and carrots.
It’s HOT HOT HOT here. What is this mid-October 90 degree weather?? I just had to have some post lunch froyo. I was melting and I’m pretty sure froyo was the only thing to save my life in a melting situation.
