There are pet owners who throw their dogs out of windows, beat them, and neglect them.
If one is going to do those terrible things what is the purpose of bringing an animal into the home in the first place?
Some who don’t own pets abuse other peoples pets.
It’s obvious that these particular people have deep-rooted mental and emotional problems. If a dog is not vicious or misbehaving what is the point in harming a creature that can’t fight you back?
Sure, some may say that anything with teeth will bite but normal dogs usually go to attack a person if they feel threatened or to protect those who are around them.
