Good day lovely lads and lasses! And Happy April! April arrived yesterday with a little trick for those of us in Central Ontario - Snow! It melted quickly and I didn't even get a photo, but it was some April Fool's joke.
I was away this weekend, spending a little time visiting my parents in Orillia. It was nice to visit and relax. We spent some time at the cottage, and then Sunday afternoon mom and I attended Diva Day, which was a women's only fundraising event for a women's shelter in Orillia. It was wonderful, with lots of positive energy, snacks, mini-treatments and networking it was a beautiful afternoon. I had a bit of a tough drive home afterwards, being tired and relaxed is no way to travel alone - but no worries, I made it!
