Ardor 2.1 at Connaught Place is running Nawabi Food Festival. If you really want to get Nawabi treatment be there during the festival. It is there for a month from now. Not only that, you also get to know the food and flavors Nawabs like. And during the course of your dining, you start feeling like a Nawab. That is the beauty of curation of food and treatment. On top of it, live music will make it a memorable evening to remember the food and music for long. The restaurant is on the first floor in N Block. It is on the outer circle. There is a lot to do here. On the second floor, there is a lounge. Enjoy some moments there with your favorite drink. It was a memorable evening for us with peer connoisseurs of Delhi and Chef Dinesh Patel.
The evening was hosted by none other than Suveet Kalra. The host for the day was Sachin Sahni along with Sonali Mahendru. Sufi and Ghazal singer Sameer Khan Niyazi made the day with his beautiful voice. In fact, it was Khubani Ka Meetha that was the eye of attraction for all foodies during the Master Class. Calling Chef Dinesh Patel a Dessert King is no misnomer. The curation and presentation were fabulous. And so was the taste of all the dishes we had a chance to savor. As a matter of fact, even when the stomach was full, the tasty food was signaling to go on and don’t stop. The Nawabi Food Festival at Ardor 2.1 is there for another month or so. Don’t miss it. And, in fact, there are more than five reasons for that.

To ensure your table, book it well in advance as a lot of food lovers are seeking this Nawabi experience. Well, the whole menu is fabulous but still, I am mentioning few items. Like, in starters we have Mutton Galouti, Mutton Ki Gilafi Seekh, Murg Shaahi Malai Tikka, Subz Khoya Kaju Kurkuri Tikki, Paneer Tikka Tilla and more. In fact, the names and preparation really follow the shahi and nawab’s trends. In the main course, Dal Sahi Makmali, Dal Tadka Kaju Tukda, and Nawabi Subz Pulao are beyond expectations.
