Before Smartphone’s ruled our lives, there was Blackberry Although Blackberry was the first in the market to upgrade our mobile life, the snappy phone company has stayed a few steps back. Until now… In 2012 word started getting around that Blackberry would be launching it’s first Blackberry 10 powered Smartphone; and Verizon was kind enough to send me the Z10 to try out for this review. What’s the Z10? The Z10 is the next generation Blackberry Smartphone, and comes jam-packed with a few awesome tech updates: - 1280 x 768 4.2-inch display - WiFi, 4G and 4.0 Bluetooth capabilities - 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, with microSDXC support for additional storage - 8 megapixel camera for still images and 1080p video - 720p front-facing video - Removable battery with 10 hours of talk time (or about 6 hours of regular use)
An Ode to Blackberry I’ve had Blackberry’s before – from the Curve to the Bold - and I’ve always been a fan. First because of the trademark Blackberry keyboard, but mostly because I received immediate alerts to emails.
