I really wanted the Mets to win last night. I guess I was prone to this years fever like every other New Yorker I spoke too. Cooperstown is home to the National Baseball Hall of Fame. It is the quintessential idyllic American town with beautifully maintained old homes like this one you see pictured above. I should say that although I visited the Hall of Fame, the main reason I traveled to Cooperstown was to see my brother in law get married to the love of his life (& their wedding was exactly how many would imagine an Autumn wedding in Cooperstown to be).
Maybe next year The Mets will win.
