Hi everyone. I’m in Austin, Texas this week. Ryan has a work conference down here and it’s our first anniversary on Monday, so I decided to tag along. I’m basically on my own during the day, which means I’ve mapped out an Austin exploration plan surrounding three things: 1) food (food from trailers in particular), 2) swimming (I mean it is like 100 degrees here), and 3) vintage stores (no explanation necessary). I’ll do a post later this week on how I hunt down local haunts of interest when traveling, but for Austin I also found a wealth of information in the comments to this post (and this one) Joanna Goddard did on her planned trip to Austin.
