Autumn brings with it an opportunity to update the house decor once again. In the time between the brightly coloured Summer decor and the sparkle of the Christmas decor, reds and even dark yellows mixed with wood make for an ideal autumnal home decor look. And this look can be created incredibly easily just with the additions of say a few new pillows for the sofa, a new throw, scented candles and/or a basket of logs for the wood burner or the fireplace if you have one.
It's all about the little touches and there's plenty of inspiration to be found for seasonal home decor updates all over the Internet. I love this mood board I found on Polyvore. I didn't think I was much of a fan of red, but when it comes to Autumn inspired decor, I am loving some of these ideas.
