Autumnal Vibes

Posted on the 23 August 2017 by Mummyb @mummyb_kw
I know it's August and today is 22 degree's, but with September on the horizon, I can't help but look forward Autumn and in particular my autumn wardrobe. My wardrobe always seems to be bursting with more autumnal looks and it is my favorite season for clothes. I love to layer, wear chunky knits scarves and comfy boots whilst sipping on a hazelnut latte, it beats the sweaty summer months and feeling uncomfortable.  I realize this is making me sound like my mother but I've always loved autumn for as long as I can remember.
My birthday is looming and I always end up treating myself to some Autumn wear, so I've been having a little browse online to inspire me.

Autumnal Vibes

Mint Velvet Bag, Topshop Boots, Topshop Jeans, Joules Knit Cardigan, Joules Sweater, Oliva Burton Watch.

Browsing my usual sites, Zara, Asos, Topshop made me feel even more like my mom. I was feeling rather old thinking I would never wear some of the seemingly on trend looks at the moment. However, I managed to find some gorgeous bits and bobs that will see me through the autumnal months.
Whilst I'm dreaming of my autumn wardrobe, I'm wanting to hold off a little longer. I would love to shed a few pounds, having already lost 11lbs this summer, it would be amazing to shed a few more to drop a dress size - more reason to treat myself then! So instead of sipping hazelnut lattes, perhaps I'll switch to natural remedies for weight loss such as ginger tea!
And of course, as well as a few pieces for the wardrobe I like to add a few bits to the makeup collection. Some gorgeous rust shades of lipsticks, gold eye shadow colours and some hair products to recondition my slightly frazzled hair, which reminds me I need to add hair style brush to the shopping list!
Are you looking forward to Autumn, anything you've got your eyes on?
