It's called Awesome Note (aNote HD in app store).
I downloaded it onto my iPhone and iPad Mini so they can sync and talk to each other. It has everything you need all in one place!
Here's all it can do: 1. Create anniversary/birthday reminders 2. Shopping lists 3. Notes & Memos 4. Appointments and important events 5. Add drawings & hand-written items to your notes, appointments, and lists. 6. Choose your own background & font type face. 7. Edit the tabs you need or don't need. 8. To Do's/Reminders that can sync with your iOS devices. 9. Syncs with Google Drive/Evernote 10. Makes your life really easy!
So check it out and let me know what you think! Costs $4.99 to download, but there is a lite version. It will limit you to only 10 notes though, so might as well get the full version if you can!
