B is For...

Baking. Obviously, my blog has to be inspired by the letter B today, which made me panic - I had nothing exciting to blog about at all! I realised that I would have to do something interesting (beginning with B) so today I decided I was going to do some baking. For Christmas, I received some homemade mincemeat from one of my friends (thank you, Phoebe) so today was a perfect day to use it. Despite the fact that I was repeatedly reminded that it is April, I (tried to) make mincemeat pinwheels. I did cheat, however, as I had ready made puff pastry so they were quick to make and taste amazing! I will be honest, they don't look fantastic, but they are scrumptious!  yum yum!
