Baked Chicken Spaghetti

You are getting two recipes this week! Man, I am on a roll. I get really proud of myself if I cook most of my meals during the week. If you want to start trying to cook more, this easy recipe could become one of your staples!
Baked Chicken Spaghetti
Ingredients: 1/2 box of Dreamfield's low carb spaghetti noodles 1 pack of chicken tenderloins- cut into 1 inch cubes 1 jar of your favorite marinara or spaghetti sauce 1 can of diced tomatoes 1 green bell pepper-chopped finely 1 small can of Hunt's tomato sauce 1/2 cup white wine (choose a wine you would normally drink) 2 cloves garlic-minced salt & pepper 1 tablespoon olive oil (1/2 for browning chicken, 1/2 to drizzle in chicken mixture) 5 slices of Provolone cheese 2 to 3 handfuls of Parmesan cheese 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs Any variety of dry Italian seasoning or Italian dressing for marinading chicken 9x13 baking pan (glass works best) Your choice of salad as a side (I made a mixed greens salad with dried cranberries, diced apples, blueberries, crumbled blue cheese, and creamy balsamic dressing)
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees  Bring salted water to a boil  Place 1/2 tablespoon of oil in heated sautee pan Add noodles to boiling salt water Add garlic to heated sautee pan and stir vigorously to prevent burning of garlic Add seasoned chicken cubes to pan and let cook 6 to 8 minutes on each side Once chicken is cooked nearly through add the bell pepper, diced tomatoes, can of Hunt's tomato sauce, salt & pepper, stir & bring to a slight boil  Once the mixture is boiling, add the white wine and allow to boil for another 2 minutes  You may also add additional dry Italian seasoning if you'd like Once noodles are al dente (approx. 8 minutes) and chicken mixture is cooked through it is time to transfer to the baking dish Add 1/4 of the jar of sauce to the bottom of the baking dish to prevent sticking Add al dente noodels to baking dish and cover with chicken mixture Add remaining jar of sauce to the top of noodles and chicken mixture Tear slices of provolone and cover the noodles and chicken (may not cover all, but that is ok) Dust the bread crumbs over the noodles, chicken, and provolone Cover the remaining portion with the Parmesan cheese and top with Italian seasoning, or fresh torn basil & parsley
Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes on 400 degrees.  Broil on high for 5 minutes to brown the bread crumb & cheese mixture.
Let rest for 10 minutes and enjoy with your favorite salad & glass of wine (Great at home date night meal!)
I hope you enjoy this recipe and please comment with any questions, or let me know if you try it out!
