Today has been spent working from home, getting things in place to cross off the last of my to do list I've set for myself for this week. I've been working on an end of year round up of 2018 blog post to go out this week on the company's blog, as well as a newsletter to go alongside it. It's been good reflecting back on the year we've had. I'm sure many more exciting things to come in the new year. I've also had the company of Luna with me for most of the day, although she's mainly spent the day sleeping on the edge of my bed, I've missed her over the weekend so it has been good to have her around. Aside from that, it has been a pretty uneventful day overall, especially compared to some evenings I had last week, but sometimes I quite enjoy having a mix of busy and sociable weeks to then having weeks filled with hardly any plans at all. I think it's important to have that balance, especially over the holidays. Having some down time to yourself amidst the chaos that can come with Christmas can be a great way to recharge. With that in mind I'm off to go and continue watching through my Christmas film bucket list and stuff my face with a box full of jaffa cakes. Now, if only I can figure out what to watch next...
