In the garden of the Bahia Palace
there are several banana trees which always fascinate me. Bananas grow upwards it seems.....
There is also a neglected little pond with stagnant water in it.
The last time we were there, a banana leaf floated in the water.
I wonder if a child put the stone in the boat so it could go for a ride.
