With spring here, the weather is warm enough to enjoy the outdoors, but still cool enough in the evenings to remind me that I need some barbecue! My favorite place to get bbq is in Kansas City, MO- arguably one of the best places in the nation to get great bbq! The place is a little family owned series of restaurants across the city called Jack Stack. LOVE!
