For an organization who raises funds by sending out adorably small children to sell cookies, the Girl Scouts sure to seem to stir up an awful lot of trouble.
It takes a trained eye to see through the cookies, color-coded uniforms, and character building exercises, but once you do it’s shocking.
To you and I it may look like they’re teaching girls across the globe to be open-minded, think for themselves, possibly be considerate of those with beliefs different from their own, and just generally be decent, driven human beings (with a few mildly scarring camping and canoe lessons thrown in there)…that’s just what they want you to think…
What have they done now?
What haven’t they done? They’re spreading communism, denouncing God*, promoting alternative lifestyles (because their critics can’t say lesbian), poisoning our bodies with gluten, and I don’t know what’s up with these “Carmel deLites” and “Peanut Butter Patties,” but they’re called Samoas and Tagalongs…clearly part of their socialist agenda.
Makes you wonder what kind of campfire songs they’re singing nowadays.
It’s just sad how far the organization has fallen since 2WC left it’s ranks…crossed that bridge…hung up that sash…wait…how do you leave the Girl Scouts?
