Sunday is Pancake Day in our house. It’s funny how Dora can sense it’s Sunday and asks to make them when she wakes up each week. Today, I was in for a special treat. Dora and her dad worked busily is the kitchen to make these scrumptious Banana Pancakes with Coconut Syrup. Dora cut and mushed up the bananas and was the official taste tester. They love cooking together.
