I can't sleep and I'm so tired I don't know what to do...
I have so many projects and ideas in my head I just can't seem to switch off, as I write this at nearly 2:30am I feel tired but I can't sleep as I feel like I am wasting time just laid on my bed, but I know that if I don't sleep I am going to feel off later today...
Being creative and having big ideas can be seen as a good thing but I feel that being creative is also a curse as you can never switch off fully...
I need to fix my sleeping pattern if anyone can help comment below
