Over the long Australia Day weekend, I foster-sat Bella the Greyhound. Her foster family went off on a small road trip and I said I wouldn't mind having her stay over. I wanted to see if Pixel has the potential foster brother and the Lil' Tiger a potential foster sister. This way, maybe in the future, I could foster full time. :) They both passed by the way. I think the Lil' Tiger was more excited to have Bella over than the rest of us. She was showing Bella around the house and made sure that Bella was included in all our activities.
Bella is a wonderful dog to have around. She is the only Greyhound that I know that barks. Did you know that it is very rare that a Greyhound would do that? That is why they make the perfect apartment pet. My old boy Walter (may he rest in peace) only ever barked 3 times the whole 3 years that I had him. So that is one bark per year. HAHAHA...
