I've used this for a month now and I've found it really good so far, there were two types to this felt liner. A non ultra black version and ultra black, I chose ultra black as I like my eyeliner to be thick and bold which is perfect for a cat eye look. After a couple of uses, I found that the tip was quite drying and I started to think there was no ink left so be sure to place this in a pot- like container upside down so all the ink can get to the tip easier and so you get more ink out of it when applying. Even after doing this, the liner still seems drying after first application to both eyes so I tend to use either a kohl or liquid liner to touch up.
