Boxing Day Sales Haul- Day 2!

Posted on the 31 December 2012 by Omfgwinnie @omfgwinnie
Hello! Sorry I'm taking so long in writing day 2 of what I bought, I've been super busy and out of the house everyday since Christmas and now on new years eve, I am here writing another blog post! The items mentioned in this post are all bought on the 27th Dec so offers/ sale prices might have changed.

First up is Lush! When I went to the Trafford Centre on Boxing Day, the Lush shop in there didn't have any of the Snow Fairy shower gel in stock and I was quite disappointed as I had previously bought it before and found it a really lovely smelling product so I was really happy when the Manchester Arndale store had shelves full of these bottles; I made the most of it and bought the 500ml one for approx £5. Also, whilst I was in there, I thought I'd have a try of their lip scrub as so many people have the bubblegum flavor and has complimented on how good it was. Personally, I wasn't really fond of that smell so I opted for the chocolate, sweet smell which was 'Sweet Lips', I bought this for approx £2.50. I always need to visit the Cath Kidston store whenever I can and this time I'm so happy I went! Before Christmas, I was deciding which cushion and pillow covers to purchase as I had wanted them so badly mainly because of their signature floral patterns. I was so pleased to find the 'Notting hill rose cushion cover' for only £10 as the original price was £16, luckily, they still have them on their website here, so buy them quick! I highly recommend you to! Also, I bought the 'Spring Bouquet' pillow case in white, it is so lovely! A perfect fit and such great quality; I got this for £10 aswell. However, the website is all out of stock for this product so you'll have to pop in to one of their stores to find it. Whilst I was in Selfridges, I had a look at the Paperchase section as it was opposite the Cath Kidston pop up store and I saw this adorable 1ft mini Christmas tree! I thought, why not? I thought it might be time for my room to have it's own Christmas tree, plus it was only around £2.10 too! Each one comes with it's own stand and a clear plastic wrapper tied in a little bow. You can't buy the exact same one as I had purchased on their website but they still have the colours, black, silver and gold in stock. Get them here:Black  AVAILABLESilver  AVAILABLEGold  AVAILABLE Finally, I bought a denim skater skirt from Topshop which I've been wanting for ages too. Unfortunately, this wasn't on sale but in my opinion, the original price wasn't too overly expensive anyway and quite affordable. I bought this from Selfridges in their Topshop pop up store as I genuinely could not be rummaging through the sale racks in the actual Topshop store because of the amount of people there! I've already worn this skirt quite a lot and really one of my favourites I've ever bought from Topshop, the material and texture is so thick and soft; Perfect for either Winter or Summer. I couldn't find my size so I chose a size up and was so surprised it fitted probably because of how thick the elastic is on the waist, I obviously tried it on beforehand in their changing rooms. This skirt is £20 and you can buy it here! I hope you've enjoyed my Boxing Day haul posts and there's plenty more to come in 2013!
