Bridal Shower in Virginia!

Thursday night we got our manis and pedis done, as well as our hair, for the shower. We ran a few errands and Kelly did her homework so that she would have a free weekend. She did over 20 pages typed! At night, we started packing, and of course we over-packed as usual. Friday couldn't come soon enough! The weather was dreary, yet we were highly motivated and by the time we reached Virginia the sun was shining.We checked in at the Hampton and we were a bit disappointed the Junior Suite only had one full bed in one room and the other room had a sofabed so we opted for a standard room with two queen beds and we saved some money.
The hotel manager was delightful and made sure we were satisfed, he even showed us our new room.  He suggested a few places to dine, and he mentioned if we dined at the Olive Garden they would give us a discount, since we were guests of the Hampton. They did, and we had a 10 percent discount. Nice!
Dinner was great at the Olive Garden, it never disappoints. We wanted to burn up some of those calories so we stopped at the Super Wal-Mart in Manassas Mall. It was huge! Stocked up on the Neutragena Wipes since they were about $4.00. Very inexpensive and lucky to find since they are scarce. Picked up some other beauty supplies and we were happy.
Now we applied our beauty masks and washed our faces in lukewarm water, getting ready for bed, set our alarms for 8:00am for our complimentary breakfast.
Before we go to breakfast we will head for the fitness center. Shower and get dressed for the bridal shower.We'll post pics and a Youtube video when we get back home!!! Now we are going to read a little bit before we hit the sack.
