Brooklyn Pizza Co is a new delivery outlet in Rajouri Garden. It has nothing to do the one with the same name in Wilmington, North Carolina. Or the one in Seymour, Indiana. All three are different. Though I don’t know much about the latter ones, the first one that is close to my place serves fantastic kinds of Pizzas and Pasta. In fact, that is their specialty. And it is good to stick to your specialties rather than trying hands in anything and everything. Sometimes weird experimentations create bad debts. On the other hand, wise decisions pay in the long term. The delivery was late by 10-15 minutes. But then looking at my recent experience in delays in deliveries, I had a buffer already in hand. So, I did not mind this delay at all. And even if I had, I would not have been able to.
The dishes would have strongly convinced me to change my mind otherwise. I had Bohemian Fantasy Pizza (12 inches), Slumdog Millionaire Pizza (12 inches), and Pesto Pasta (Extra Large). The pizzas are available in three sizes. 10 inches or small. 12 inches or medium. And 14 inches or large. Similarly, Pasta is available in two sizes. Medium and Extra Large. The menu is simple and crisp. And the dishes are unique and delicious. Pizzas are astonishingly extra-soft and yummy. Between the two pizzas above, I would repeat Bohemian Fantasy Pizza any number of times. It has Zucchini, Black Olives, Broccoli, Sundried Tomatoes, Peppers, Jalapenos, Mozzarella cheese, Cheddar Cheese, and Basil with Tomato Sauce. Well, that is what the menu says. On actual pizza, you might have to search for one or two items. But the taste is so good that it will not let you fall into this trap.
Brooklyn Pizza Co Delivers Wonderful Pizzas and Pasta
Slumdog Millionaire Pizza though is equally good in taste, it is not so unique in taste. The reason being Paneer Tikka. There is a scope for an increase in toppings in both the pizzas. Preparation is good in both the cases balancing sauces and spices well not to override the taste of ingredients. That is a mastery act. Pasta, though they say it extra large, is not that large. Overall, the food from Brooklyn Pizza Co is fantastic.
