I wanted to share these delicious recipes with you! I created these two appetizers for the Beer Tasting Date Night I planned for Ryan. They would be great additions to your gameday party or your holiday get together.

Buffalo Chicken Bites
32 bites
2, 12.5oz cans chicken breast
1 egg
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup buffalo sauce, plus extra for drizzling
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup blue cheese or feta cheese
1// Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2// Place chicken in a food processor or use a hand blender to pulse chicken until ground. It's ok if there's still bigger pieces of chicken mixed in.
3// Using your hands or a spatula, mix in all other ingredients. Once mixed, form 1 1/2 tablespoon sized balls and place on the cookie sheet.
4// Bake for 20-25 minutes. Drizzle with buffalo sauce and serve warm.

Warm Feta & Butternut Squash Dip
12oz frozen butternut squash
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup feta cheese
1// Steam butternut squash in the microwave, per the package instructions. If you use fresh butternut squash, steam or boil until tender.
2// Place butternut squash in a food processor or use a hand/immersion blender to blend the squash until smooth. Add in all other ingredients.
3// Warm dip on the stove or in the microwave right before serving!
