As Priscilla and I carried out our morning garden inspection, this beauty swirled around us (seemingly) effortlessly and then landed on the tree branches hanging directly over Priscilla - not that Priscilla who was busily and intensely sniffing at the air noticed.
I'm guessing the hundreds of birds that hang out in our yard did the damage to this butterfly's wing. If you only saw her flying you wouldn't know she was missing part of her wing.
