The color theme for today’s post is ORANGE.
After a volley of favorite colours, here I come to my least favoured color. I won’t say that orange is my unfavourite colour, but that, given a choice, I’d prefer an another colour! (Oh well, that should explain my procrastination to post on Orange!)
The instant thought of orange takes me to the ‘orange’ fruit. As with anything orange, it was my least favorite fruit, in childhood. But I developed a taste for it, and would love occasional orange juices now, at any given instance.
Of the oranges I’ve tasted, the most interesting one was the one, which I happened to get from my father’s friend, from the Kolli Hills. This orange which grows in the Kolli Hills was the size of a small lemon. But a single fruitlet of it, tasted like a hundred lemons (as they mentioned in the dishwash advertisements). The taste still lingers refusing to go! Oh My Orange!
