Changing channel
I need a different frequency to tune in my life
One that doesn't have interference
Or an aerial that's made out of coat hangers.
It needs to be DAB
Downright Awesome Babe
And gives out only positive news
And the only people talking have really valid views
One that wants me to listen in
As much as I want it on
And won't give up on me
If my battery's gone
The music that it plays will
Be lyrically poignant and meant for me only
The songs will never mention the words
Love, alone or lonely
It will only play songs that have
A positive effect
And I will listen
With a renewed respect
My radio sits in my kitchen
Is on 24 hours a day
It always talks a lot
But has nothing to say
