#chasing Pavement

Should I give up or just keep chasing pavements. I ask myself this each and every day .Every single second of every single day. Endless long black winding pavement is the great metaphor of my life and what this journey most often feels like. I’m in constant motion. Moving but never fast enough. Never quite long enough. In constant motion yet getting no where soon.  But when I take a moment to breathe. Stop. Look. Listen. I find that I am moving farther than I think. Each inch is one step towards a mile. Each mile leads to a milestone of many accomplishments. Completed goals. Little successes. So with that said, “I shouldn’t give up and neither should you”. In fact, never give up. No matter how hard. How painful. How bleak. How weak. How slow you feel. You are moving farther, faster, and stronger than you think. Every little bit counts. Every step makes a difference. Keep chasing pavements.
