I feel so lucky to be able to join #IHeartPalmolive Facebook Live event. Not only that I was able to meet the one and only, Heart Evangelista in person (finally!) but I also learned more about how she takes good care of her skin and body. I appreciate how she shared with us her beauty tips and here are just some of the important tips straight from Heart herself:
- Don't forget to protect your skin from the sun, as it is a great factor that causes aging of the skin.
- Avoid too much stress. It can make our skin dull. Being beautiful is also having a positive mind.
- She's very happy with her skin. Despite all the challenges and problems she faces on a daily basis, the good thing is she already know how to relax herself and the right products to use. At night before going to bed, she loves bathing with Palmolive Naturals White + Milk.
- Being beautiful doesn't need to be expensive. She mentioned even Cleopatra was said to bathe herself with milk to maintain her beauty. And we can also enjoy the goodness of milk with every Palmolive Naturals White + Milk.

Now, time to talk more about Palmolive Naturals White + Milk. I've been using the products (both body wash and soap) for almost two weeks now and I can already see the improvement.
In the morning I love using Palmolive Naturals White + Milk soap. I can say it's not your ordinary soap. It glided on my skin smoothly, just like milk.
Some body soaps that I've tried before are not as moisturizing as I want it to be. My skin is squeaky clean but still tends to dry after a few hours. With this milk soap, my skin feels soft and smooth after shower. I even no longer feel the need to apply body lotion as my skin is really moisturized.
At night, I follow Heart's tip! Before going to bed, if you want to relax your mind and body, have a nice bath! I wish I have bath tub at home so I can "babad" the product longer on my skin.
Here's what I do! I wet my skin first and apply the body wash directly. It really feels like milk, I tell you! When I feel like I want to exfoliate, I just use a loofah or a bath sponge to scrub my body, still with Palmolive Naturals White + Milk body wash.
I noticed that my skin feels softer and smoother. I suggest to use it twice daily, morning and evening for better results. It also helps reveal your naturally radiant skin with regular use. However this still depends on the skin and daily activities. Of course, if you get exposed to the sun on a daily basis, don't forget to apply sunblock.
