Chi Asian Cookhouse Sector 18 is in one of the best and most happening malls in Delhi NCR. That is DLF Mall of India. It is on the third floor. Accessibility wise it is quite easy to reach here. The mall has its own kind of sense of comfort and calmness. That is good enough to lift your mood up and get you ready to enjoy the sumptuous food. The mall has many good restaurants hence providing you a wide choice of food. You decide the cuisine and you have a choice of finding one of the best restaurants here providing dishes of that cuisine. Why I call this restaurant is somewhere between the two worlds relates to the two worlds of taste and food. There is a world of ordinary taste and food. And then there is a world of extraordinary taste and food. This lies somewhere in between.

That could not necessarily present the right picture. It might go either way instead of lying in between. Maybe I didn’t have the right choice of food that day.  Or maybe the food was not at its peak of taste that day. Well, on the other hand, the ambiance of the restaurant is fantastic. So is the neatness. Perfection to hospitality and service is yet to reach. Staying a little away from perfection is sometimes good. As it aspires you and inspires to achieve that in due course of time. But knowing your perfections and gaps in perfections is different areas is very important to get a right direction. Let us come to food now. I had Cheese Dumplings With Asian Greens, Samui Broccoli & Mushroom Satay, and Thai Style Spring Rolls. The first one is a must-have dish because of its unique preparation. The latter two are just okay.

Chi Asian Cookhouse Must Create Value For Money

That is for starters. Tom Kha soup is nice. A little sweet in taste as it has coconut milk. In the main course, I had Massaman Curry which is a Persian Influenced Southern Thai Curry. The second dish was Sundried Chilli & Cashew Nut Vegetables. The latter is tastier than the former dish. In addition, to accompany these dishes I had Flavored Jasmine Rice that comes along with roasted Garlic and Coriander. Taste of garlic is prominent in this. Rest two you will have to search for with the help of your taste buds. Also, I had Chilli Garlic Noodles. Nothing was so remarkable or extraordinary in the main course dishes.

The customer always looks for a great experience in food, taste, presentation, hospitality, service, ambiance, and cleanliness. Chi Asian Cookhouse needs to create that value for customers in some of these areas. That is important to demonstrate a perfect balance between the price of food versus the customer experience.
