Ching Shihh is a nice and decent dine-in place, especially for families and kids. In fact, kids will enjoy the ambiance, decor, and theme. Rather, there is a big steering right after you enter the restaurant. I have seen kids playing with it, rotating it, and enjoying. As a matter of fact, the steering reminds me of old-time big Chinese ships. And since the restaurant is in Logix City Centre Mall, you can club your shopping and fine dine Chinese authentic food together. All the cutlery and decor is straight from China and hence you have a golden chance to visit a real Chinese restaurant here in Delhi-NCR. That is Ching Shihh.
Though the place is not too big but is good enough with decent seating arrangements with ample space between the tables in order to keep your privacy intact. And if you want a private zone for your family, friends, or group, take the left most zone after entry. That is, in fact, an enclosure. And an altogether different zone in Ching Shihh. The ambiance is perfect to relax you. The staff is courteous and serve you with another set of perfection. Above all, the food and presentation, both are excellent to provide authentic Chinese food of your choice. Overall, all delicacies are great in taste, flavor, presentation, and preparation. But still, I will share the best of the best delicacies.

Let us start with Veg Appetizers. Asian Vegetables in Lettuce Wrap is something you have to prepare as per your choice. You get vegetables, Lettuce, and other ingredients separately. Prepare as per your taste and enjoy it. It was really a mini treat in itself. In fact, I had to repeat it for another serving. Corn & Cheese Spring Rolls With Sweet Chilli Sauce is another delicacy not to miss. Similarly, in non-veg appetizers, Vietnamese Prawn Roll and Prawn Tempura. Both are delicious. Go for the main course of your choice. As I say, all dishes are savory. But in Desserts, don’t miss Home Made Ice Cream. Overall, I would give full marks to Ching Shihh for all the factors responsible for a great dining experience. Bon Appetite in Chinese style.
