I love having biscotti with coffee or tea and wanted to try baking some myself so I made some Peppermint Chocolate Biscotti. I have to admit, I surprised myself and it came out edible!
In all seriousness, it was good! The pictures, not so much!
Now I am not saying I made these without issues. I couldn’t figure out how to crush the peppermint sticks, Vinnie had to cut the dough so it wouldn’t crumble, and I clearly couldn’t figure out how to spread the chocolate. Regardless, they tasted good. They were minty and sweet with a little crunch. Yum!
