Cinemagraphs Made Easy with Cinemgram!

There's an app for that...how many times have you heard that?
From the first time I saw a cinemagraph, I wanted to learn how to make one.  Why?  Just to know I could do it.
Here's an example of some cinemagraphs.  They are still photographs with only one portion animated.

I found some complicated tutorials and decided it wasn't worth the time investment, so I forgot about it...until now!  There is an APP for making cinemagraphs.  It's called Cinemagram and it's FREE!!!
So here are my 3 first attempts at a Cinemagram.
