I hope Cleeve Abbey Weddings become a familiar booking in my calendar after last weekends themed bridal shoot in Somerset.
Its one of the images that stood out when going through the initial edit, and hence a suitable choice for my image of the week.
Cleeve Abbey is a new addition to the Somerset wedding Venue market owned by English Heritage.
We were lucky to get the opportunity to be part of a themed bridal shoot using a real Bride & Groom to be – Kelly and Gavin. I will be documenting the couples wedding next year at Kingston Maurward, near Dorchester.
Being a real couple this is a tender moment captured during the shoot. Nice and simple yet still projecting emotion.
Cleeve Abbey was a delight to work at, being so rich in the choice of backdrops to use. Rich in history and stunning architecture, it was a case of everywhere you turned there was another great photographic opportunity.
