Coffine Gurunaru (Purple Coffee) Experience

Coffine Gurunaru is a compound name combining coffee and wine. Reading "Coffine" makes me think of the word coffin cox they sound the same.Haha.

This is a very special posts that I really love and I want to share it to you. Coffine Gurunaru is where 49 Days casts & crew filmed the scene where Lee Yo-won (이요원) works at a coffee shop & what it made so special cox I am a big fan of Jo Hyun Jae ♡.

It was the first coffeehouse in Korea to offer both coffee and wine. The store interior, including the chairs and walls, is decorated in cheerful purple, the color of wine. Coffine Gurunaru makes delicious coffee using the best-quality coffee beans that are imported from around the world and roasted domestically. This domestic coffeehouse chain is also in direct business with a renowned winery in Italy, so you can taste quality wines at affordable prices. A range of salads are best enjoyed with a glass of wine, while panini sandwiches will make a satisfying meal with a good cup of coffee. Also available at Coffine Gurunaru are its signature cupcakes and honey bread.

What I ordered in Coffine Gurunaru is a Cafe Latte for  4,500 won and Honey Butter Bread for 4,800 won. Their coffee is really the best. If you're a coffee lover, you should give a "go and try" Coffine Gurunaru coffee the next time you visit Korea.

As for their Honey Butter Bread, it's really worth the price cox some cafes desserts are very expensive but the serving is very small but when I ordered their dessert, I was surprised O.O.

It is not too sweet, just OK for you too finish the whole dessert. 

Coffine Gurunaru is open 7am to 2am but schedule may vary from their different branches. My Coffine Gurunaru coffee & dessert experience happened at their branch in Jung-gu 12-3,Myeongdong,Seoul.
