I was recently sent details of the following competition by a friend from the Blogging World and I thought it sounded like loads of fun!
The CompetitionWe’re looking for light hearted and tongue-in-cheek suggestions for a music playlist for everyone’s favorite Royal couple, Wills and Kate, to mark their second wedding anniversary on the 29th April.The idea is to think about what should be on their anniversary playlist and come up with your top five songs. For example we thought We Are Family by Sister Sledge – after all she is now well and truly part of The Firm. Or perhaps Prince Charming by Adam and the Ants (nothing like blowing your own trumpet to remind your other half how lucky they are!) Maybe Wills could even state the obvious with You’re Having My Baby by Paul Anka!If you have a few minutes to spare and are up for a giggle, all we ask you to do is publish the suggested playlist (five songs) on your blog then tweet the link to @PanasonicUKPR with #PanasonicNESeries by midnight on Monday 22nd April. The top three best playlists will receive a Panasonic NE Series – worth £249 each.I love anything to do with Kate & Wills, so I thought I'd give it a go!So here is my playlist:1) "Ever After" - Carrie UnderwoodI thought I'd start off with a nice romantic song - I think this is perfect for them as Kate & Wills are the ULTIMATE fairy couple, and we all want them to live happily ever after!2) "3 Is Family" - Dana DawsonPossibly the cheesiest song ever written, but hey - with their little one on the way shortly, its fitting!3) "Two Princes" - Spin DoctorsI can't think about Kate & Wills without thinking about their third wheel Harry - I LOVE Prince Harry, but we all know Wills is better husband material! ;)4) "Gold Digger" - Kanye West A bit of a cheeky one! I LOVE Kate, but I just think this'd be a funny one to play for them! ;)5) "I Just Can't Wait To Be King" - The Lion King SoundtrackAgain a little cheeky - but personally, I wouldn't be surprised if this was Will's ringtone!What songs would you put on the list?!
