Ok guys, so after my little melt down the other day, I've re-evaluate my proprieties and decided that I can't give up. I know this isn't easy and like I've mentioned before, I have a tendency to give up when stuff get's hard.
But I've come very far, I'm losing even more weight, down 3 more pounds (yay me, I need to upload a new video to show this improvement).
It's ok to freak out, and maybe even cave in to your urges when you're taking these journeys, but as long as you get back at it and you don't give up then you'll be ok.
So we're still on track to lose 40 pounds in 45 days, whoo. Monday I'm going to start adding exercising along with drinking my coffee faithfully and counting my calories. I'll update you guys with my 5 favorite exercise , so you can also give it a try.
