Last night, Vinnie and I went to go see Contraband.
It was so good, I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. I love movies like this, they are by far my favorite. While watching, I try to figure out how they are going to end! I guess that is why I love shows like NCIS and Unforgettable on CBS. If you like action and intensity, I highly recommend seeing Contraband.
I had a hard time falling asleep last night after the movie, so this morning it was especially hard to get out of bed. But I did it! However, I cheated on my LiveFit plan. The scheduled workout today was legs, and quite frankly, my legs are strong enough. I do not need to do two lower body strength workouts a week. I did enough heavy lifting and squatting in college while I was on the ski team.
Instead, I found a total body workout on Pinterest.
I did this circuit 3 x through for a 45 minute workout. It ended up being a little longer because I took some breaks. The second and third time through were a little easier than the first. I had to use one of my motivational tips of getting my heart rate up to really get into the workout. It was nice to change things up from just strength. I am enjoying the LiveFit Trainer, and I am slowly seeing results but I love to sweat and I haven’t been getting a good sweat in when I do the LiveFit Workouts. We start cardio soon, so hopefully that will be a nice addition.
I also did this fabulous, ab burning workout from the Tone It Up girls. Warning: It BURNS!
And…
My week of being brain dead continues.
I washed my dark clothes with bleach. Not sure how you do that, but clearly I am still learning how to be domestic. Bah
I forgot what locker I put my clothes in at the gym. I felt so stupid, everyone was watching me open one locker after another. I literally had to open an entire row before I found it. Next time I might right the locker number on my hand. [Mom, if you’re reading, I am turning into you at way to young of an age
Have a great day everyone! xo Happy Birthday Tasha!
