I went slightly off schedule this week, but I’m getting back on for tomorrow’s workout. For workout 1 I ran 4 laps (1 mile) straight and then last night I did 5 laps, took a quick water break, and then ran the last lap (1&1/2 miles). Hopefully, the 2 miler tomorrow won’t be too rough!
I also ordered a yoga dvd. My aunt has a VCR of Kathy Smith’s Yoga Sculpt which I really like because it’s yoga, but not all of that ‘get in touch with your chakras, alight your inner fire’ type of stuff. Since running totally wipes me out and yoga gives me energy I figure it will be useful for cross training.
