(Dream home, not actual)You may remember that I mentioned a few posts ago that we were hoping to move home soon and get a full mortgage (we currently have a shared-ownership). Well it's all looking really positive so far *touch wood*, we have had our house valued, listed on the market, had a viewing, had the couple say they'd like to go ahead and buy our share and even started looking for our home AND what's more is we have actually made an offer on a house, we're just waiting on their reply. (Fingers crossed).
It's all incredibly stressful don't get me wrong, the amount of money, the solicitors, the mortgage and the bank, the offering and possibly losing out on a house that we love. Add this to a 6 month old baby, an incredibly bad back and a Husband that works full time and runs a small business. But it's also incredibly exciting, imagining ourselves in a new home, celebrating Ethans first birthday in this home. We can't help our minds running away with themselves imaging how we'd furnish our home, what type of things we'd buy even down to the silly more sensible things like dishwashers and we've even been looking at this range of washing machines from Russell Hobbs and we just can't keep ourselves away from the online home sales like the one currently on over at www.tjhughes.co.uk!
It's all so incredibly nerve-racking yet totally exciting. I shall keep you updated on the process as it hopefully progresses :)
