Every year I am constantly looking for creative Mother's Day gift ideas. My mom has a ton of clothes and a bunch of different bags, so I try to find new, fun options when it comes to presents. This year I really wanted to focus on gifts from small businesses. I began my hunt for items that fell into anyone's price range and also that could fit a ton of different personalities and preferences. Check out all these amazing finds for under $100!
// Hand Painted Mother's Day Card: I love these beautiful cards from Magnolia Lettering. Rachel is so incredibly talented and every card I have received from her is gorgeous. This is the second set of cards I have gotten from her - she also made a mini Easter card for Rilynn's Easter basket and some mini thank you cards for me. Her cards are less expensive than picking one up from Target (those things can run $5+ nowadays!) and I think they are so unique.
// Personalized Antler Jewelry Holder: These antlers from The Whitetail Widow are amazing! Leah works with you to customize the antlers to fit your personal style or decor. I am always looking for a good way to store and organize my necklaces and bracelets and these are perfect. If you are worried about how she gets the antlers (I know I thought about it when I first stumbled on her store), all of her antlers have been found in the wilderness after a deer has shed them. Deer naturally shed their antlers every year and it causes no harm to them (:
// Oil Cloth Nesting Bags: When I travel, I like to keep all of my items separate and organized. These handmade oil cloth bags from SewWiseATX are sturdy and conveniently stack inside of each other when they aren't in use. Emily offers so many cool fabrics and zipper options when it comes to her bags. The thing I love most about these bags is that they are really easy to clean. If I've gotten anything on them I can just wipe them with a damp cloth and they look brand new!
// Floral Chiffon Infinity Scarf: This scarf is the reason I first found Elena's Little Shoppe. I love how lightweight and colorful it is. I do wear a lot of scarves during the winter, but this is the perfect infinity scarf to dress up a spring or summer outfit. She also has tons of other accessories and clothing in her store.
// Adventure Journal: This is a really fun and different gift find. This adventure journal is custom made to match whatever colors or patterns you like. The journal can be used for whatever adventure you find yourself in - whether it be travel, spiritual, or just recording your daily thoughts. Jill is really great to work with and I love the message behind her shop - Remember how loved you are by Him.
// Beaded Kumihimo Bracelet: I love this bracelet. It's great for a casual day running errands, but also looks stunning stacked with other bracelets for a night out on the town. Claire is a new mama herself and she offers fun accessories and other bracelets in her shop, Casual Claire Designs. I was very impressed with the weight and quality of this bracelet and it's one of my favorites.
// Ribbon Bow Headbands: These headbands are awesome. Not only do they come in a ton of colors and look great as an actual headband, but they can also be worn as a bow bracelet until you need it. These are one of the coolest gifts I came across for something practical, but great for moms of all ages. Liz had a fantastic idea and her shop, Halo Havenn, is definitely worth checking out.
// Gold Bar Necklace: I have loved this shop for a long time now. I originally found River Valley Designs when I was looking to create a special keepsake for Rilynn's birth. I purchased a hand stamped bangle from Danielle and it is one of my most cherished pieces (it has Rilynn's birth coordinates on it). I've loved the bar necklace trend and so Danielle created one with Rilynn's name on it. This necklace is stunning, yet simple. It's one of my go-to everyday pieces. She has an unbelievable amount of jewelry in her shop and she is always open to doing custom orders.
// Leather Baseball Lacelet: This bracelet is so different and my sister consistently tries to steal it from me. TwentyThreeTen makes awesome wrap bracelets out of the leather lacing found in baseball gloves. They stamp it with all sorts of love quotes or inspirational sayings and they even make sets for couples! I chose my Bible verse because I thought it was a great one for Mother's Day: "She is clothed in strength and dignity and she laughs without fear of the future".
I hope you enjoyed discovering some fun new shops and wonderful gift ideas! All of these items fall under the $100 mark, with the majority being less than $50. All of these shops want to shower one of you moms with a $300 shopping spree in their stores, so if you head to my instagram, you can enter to win!
