My house is relatively clean now but I can't find my camera!! As soon as I find it I'll take a few pictures of our new place. Meanwhile, I'm dying to start decorating. This house is like a clean slate. All new and fresh and clean and blank. We haven't put one hole in the wall yet. I'm almost afraid to hang anything up for fear of having a lot of random nail holes in the wall... (like I may have had in our apartments) I'm not known for hanging something perfectly the first time.
We almost ordered matching white mini blinds for the house last week but put the order off when we had major car issues pop up. I'm glad we waited on the mini blinds because I'm pretty sure I want to go with bamboo roman shades now. So much cuter than mini blinds for sure!!

I love this kitchen! Love it! Of course my kitchen is much smaller with only one window, and brown cabinets and tile floors... but I'm dreaming of changing it into something similar to this with white cabinets, a little beadboard, bamboo shade, pendant lights and a wonderful arched faucet.....

You can bet I'll be posting a lot about decorating! Nothing inspires me quite so much as having my first, brand new home to decorate. For some reason I was never too excited about decorating an old apartment that I knew we'd be leaving within a year or so... but I'm super excited to decorate our new home!
