And this Star Wars Day, much like the dark side vs. the light side of the Force, we’re faced with a world divided.
The bad news: unlike in Star Wars, the sides of good and evil are not so easily identified in this case (no matter how hard it is to convince some of that).
The good news: So much of the Jedi wisdom (and snark) can get us through this…
Step One: Pay attention…

Step 3: Really listen…
Step 4: Repeat…
