Do You Blame Me… I Couldn't Sleep?

Saturday night we had a darn good time! We had a few friends over to watch the UFC fights and hang out. It was really fun. All the sudden it was 11pm and everyone decided to go on a hike (I stayed home, because it was like 1 degree freezing outside) but they took Shia and she had a blast, she even wore her winter coat, because I am a good mom like that. Anyway they came back and the fun continued and continued until all the sudden it was 4am, and at this time everyone parted ways. I still was not tired though, so I tried taking one of my shower naps to get me tired, but that didn't work.. nothing worked! So what did I do? I got out my camera and took pictures of everything to entertain myself while watching friends. I seriously didn't  know Monica and Chandler adopted twins at then end? Did you guys? Sorry if that was a spoiler from a 2004 episode. I finally fell asleep at 7:30am and slept until about 2pm… This is one reason I am pretty sure I'd be an awful mother. I am a night owl but in turn I need to sleep all day long. Here are the sequence of photo's that I took, fair warning is that my hair is a disaster in the one's I am in, because I tried to shower nap earlier, and of course didn't do anything with my wet head of hair after.

Jared fell asleep with an oncoming Migraine, so that is why he has a heating pad on his head.

look at my bangs frolicking on my head like they are out of control..

Now I am angry because I am still awake and you can't even photograph the great outdoors, because it is so dark.

This is how Shia started sleeping (or at least when I started taking pictures)

This is me bothering Shia while she is sleeping..

This is what it looks like from my balcony at about 7am..

Then these next few are the various positions Shia switched to until I finally fell asleep with my camera in hands, and that is a true statement.
Shia tucked herself under the covers

At the end of the bed.. with her head on a throw pillow

I don't know what happened here..
That's my story of this one time when I stayed up all night, all alone with nothing but my camera. Sometimes (all the time) I can't sleep!
